Bear-Shirt (Locust I)

Grasshopper
In my ear
Nibbles on my brain,
Mumbles, drones,
Whispers strange tales.
(. . . kill everyone),
It says,
(. . . no one need know
that it was you and I)
.

We laugh as we
Smash in the pumpkins' heads,
Roar with glee
As we leap off cliffs
Overlooking lost jotun realms.

Running blindfolded down the street,
Bloody, frozen screeching.

A mind is a terrible thing
In the eye of the beholder.
